We understand things happen.  Please be advised that we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full. 

The system does a great job of sending reminder emails and SMS messaging to keep you up to date on all your appointments. 

All appointments are reserved for patients upon booking. Please note we do not take walk-in appointments. 

We accept most major credit cards, debit and cash.

At the end of each appointment a receipt will be issued for extended health coverage reimbursement or for tax purposes. 

If you feel ill on the day of your appointment,  contact the clinic right away and please stay home. We try our best to limit exposure to viruses as best as we can to keep all of our patients safe. This includes, acute colds, influenza and infections. 

Masks:  Although not mandatory, is recommended for close contact if you are recovering from illness.

Disinfecting:  Frequent cleaning of the clinic according to the guidelines of Public Health will be carried out regularly. The treatment room is disinfected before and after each appointment. If you have any further questions regarding our Covid-19 policy, please feel free to contact us.
