Christine graduated with honours at the top of her class with an award for academic achievement from Kikkawa College and has been practicing Massage Therapy for over 15 years, and is with good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
With a love for sports & background in sport injuries, it has allowed her to treat a variety of conditions, and given her the opportunity to work with sport injury doctors and orthopedic surgeons, treating post-operative patients.
Her caring nature and compassion for her skill, gives her the ability to provide her patients with optimal care and the drive to keeping them moving! With a unique approach to assessing and treating patients, it allows her to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan that aids in the recovery and on-going prevention for her clients.

Swedish Massage is a manual therapy that emphasizes long strokes, kneading and friction motions to encourage proper circulation. The most commonly used massage techniques that
promotes tension relief, relaxation and more.
Sports massage is a style of massage designed to improve athletic performance and prevent injuries.
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue associated with pregnancy.
